Kiera called them back to Red Grass.

Since her period of reflection began, she now seemed to be in a better mood. While she still had a somber attitude, the flowers in the garden were in full bloom. They were growing naturally, without her intervention.

It had been quite some time since the adventurers had arrived in the city. It was not until the end of the following month that Kiera invited them to Red Grass for a conversation.

“Kiera, I am glad to see you again. It has been too long,” Val greeted her.

“Val, and the rest of you, good day. It is nice to see friendly faces,” she said.

Val could tell that she still felt a great deal of guilt on her shoulders. Though her period of reflection had formally ended, many things still weighed on her mind.

“You had news for us?” Aedril inquired.

“Yes.”
